Gregory PETER

Gregory is a Director at Keensight, responsible for North America M&A activities across the portfolio. He brings over 15 years of diverse investment and entrepreneurial operating experience.

Prior to joining Keensight, Gregory was an Operating Partner and Managing Director of M&A at Bregal Sagemount where he founded and led the M&A deal team to partner with portfolio companies for U.S. and international expansion.

Prior to Sagemount, Gregory was a Director of Origination at The Riverside Company in New York, as well as a Managing Director of Business Development at Horizon Technology Finance in Boston, a leading debt provider dedicated to technology and life science growth companies.

Additionally, Gregory has an entrepreneurial operating background leading organic and inorganic growth across technology companies as an operator, consultant, and advisor.

A U.S. and French citizen, Gregory holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
