Roshen MENON

Roshen is an Operating Partner at Keensight Capital.

Roshen spent 17 years at Guidepost Growth Equity (Guidepost), a US-based growth equity firm focused on technology, where he served as both General Partner and a Managing Partner. He joined the firm at its inception in 2007 and co-led the firm’s investing efforts in the application software and data services sectors.

He began his private equity investing career at Summit Partners, where he focused on the software and healthcare sectors. Previously, Roshen was a strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting, advising healthcare and technology companies.

Roshen earned an A.B. in Psychology and Asian Studies from Bowdoin College, where he was a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
