Romain MICHAUX

Romain is a Director, Legal Affairs at Keensight Capital.

Prior to joining Keensight, Romain served as an Associate in the investment funds group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Paris and London, advising European and international fund sponsors on alternative asset vehicles, including private equity, credit, real assets, and infrastructure alongside GP‑led fund restructurings, secondary liquidity solutions, and co‑investments. Prior to this, he practiced at the investment funds group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris.

Romain is a qualified lawyer in France. He holds the French bar professional qualification (certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat), a LLM in Law & International Management from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree in financial law from Universite Paris‑Dauphine-PSL.
