Ged Caldwell is a Director at Keensight Capital.

Alongside the investment team, Ged provides support to leaders of the portfolio companies in generating top line revenue growth. His primary focus is on Sales transformations and optimizing broader go to market matters, including positioning, routes to market, resourcing and monitoring & managing progress against plan.

Prior to joining Keensight, Ged served as Chief Revenue Officer at Netreo, a leading Network & Application Management company, where he tripled annual recurring revenue (ARR) between 2020 and 2023 during the Covid pandemic. The company was then sold to BMC Software. He was previously the Chief Revenue Officer at Data Intensity, a leading Oracle-based Software, Services and Managed Services provider, growing ARR from $75m to $98m in less than a year and prior to that was Global VP, Market Development at Microfocus from 2015-2018 during which time the IT Operations Management business grew from $900m in ARR to over $1.3B.

Ged started his career in the software industry, at Sterling Software, selling transaction management software to banks, before moving to Hewlett-Packard. He has more than 25 years experience in executive leadership positions, and has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore, Australia and the USA.
