With over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur in strategy consulting, where he advised large corporates and private-equity-backed businesses, Stephane’s appointment marks a significant step in Keensight’s growth ambitions.

Stephane will lead the Performance team, which is comprised of 36 professionals, to bring proactive and on-demand support to portfolio companies’ management. The Performance team has become an integral part to methodically and consistently deliver value creation and growth. The team works closely with the Investment Team, to ensure value creation is a coordinated effort from deal origination through to exit.

Stephane’s appointment follows a period of investment and growth in the Performance team. In recent years, Keensight has expanded the team to curate a group of experts with deep knowledge across a range of areas, including marketing, sales and go-to-market strategy to drive topline growth; M&A experts to support add-on execution; and technology experts, including team members focused on cybersecurity and AI. The team also brings dedicated ESG expertise, ensuring sustainability is embedded in every stage of value creation across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Keensight, he co-founded his first consulting firm, Advancy, in 1999 and scaled it over 15 years.
