Keensight Capital is certified Great Place to Work®

In November, all employees were invited to complete the Great Place To Work®, independent, anonymous 76-question survey, providing candid feedback on their day-to-day experience within the firm.
Responses highlighted a culture defined by trust and collaboration. As one colleague noted, “Very strong values and integrity – decent, supportive, collaborative.” Another commented on a “distinctive DNA and culture, rooted in its history and differentiated investment strategy.”
The firm’s collaborative ethos emerged clearly as a particular strength. Employees described Keensight as “combining the rigor of a top-performing investment firm with a culture that is unusually collaborative for private equity”.
Wellbeing and recognition were also consistently cited. One team member shared: “The way people are treated and recognized for the work done. We feel very happy to be here, and it makes us comfortable to do even better.”
