Amandine EGERT

Amandine is a Legal Affairs Officer at Keensight Capital.

Prior to joining Keensight, Amandine completed internships within the investment funds teams at Kirkland & Ellis and McDermott Will & Schulte. At Kirkland & Ellis, her work focused on the structuring of primary investment funds. At McDermott Will & Schulte, she gained experience in secondary transactions involving investment fund interests.

She also completed an internship at Rothschild & Co, where her work focused on the compliance of investment products and services, as well as regulatory projects, compliance monitoring, and reporting to supervisory authorities.

Amandine holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Université Paris Cité and an MS/LLM in International Law and Management from HEC Paris.
