Berengere PETER

Berengere is a Partner and Chief People Officer at Keensight Capital, where she leads Human Capital initiatives, focusing on talent, culture and leadership matters.

Prior to Keensight, Berengere spent 18 years at the HR consulting firm Hay Group (later acquired by Korn Ferry) and 5 years as the Chief People Officer at Admiral, a leading British insurer. She began her career as a financial auditor at PwC before specializing in Human Resources.

Berengere started her career as a financial auditor at PwC before embracing a career in HR, with a focus on Talent management, culture and leadership.

Having spent 4 years in Brussels and 14 in London, Berengere relocated to Paris in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from EM Lyon.
