Imrane BOUCHER

Imrane is an Analyst at Keensight Capital.

Prior to joining Keensight, Imrane worked in the mid-cap investment team at Ardian, where he was
involved in multiple transactions. He also has previous experience in Leveraged Finance at BNP
Paribas.

Imrane holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor’s degree
in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
