Maxime is a Principal at Keensight Capital.

Prior to joining Keensight, Maxime was a Corporate Finance Manager at Orange, where he was in charge of structuring and executing financing transactions (M&A, project finance).

Previously, he was a Vice President in the BNP Paribas Leveraged Finance team, where he spent 6 years originating and executing acquisition financings and capital markets transactions in EMEA, with a focus on the TMT sector.

Maxime graduated from EDHEC Business School.
