Simon HOLDEN

Simon Holden is a Senior Advisor at Keensight Capital. He has more than 30 years of experience working with Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) businesses.

He is the Group Chief Operating Officer of CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent full fibre network, which he joined in 2019.

Before joining CityFibre, Simon was a partner at Goldman Sachs where he spent 18 years across London and New York. He held senior roles in the Investment Banking division, including Global Chief Operating Officer and Vice-Chairman of EMEA, as well as a number of leadership roles in the Technology, Media and Telecom banking team including head of EMEA. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Simon worked for ING Barings in London and Hong Kong.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, qualifying with Coopers and Lybrand.

Simon is a graduate of Imperial College, London.
