Stephane PRATS

Stephane is a Partner and Head of Keensight Performance. He brings 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur in strategy consulting, advising large corporates and private-equity-backed businesses.

He brings a distinctive perspective to management teams and supports the development of ambitious value creation plans, with a focus on scaling organizations and delivering lasting value.

Prior to joining Keensight, Stephane co-founded his first consulting firm, Advancy, in 1999 and scaled it over 15 years. He later launched SCP, specializing in technology and B2B services, and developed a consulting model designed for deeper adoption and greater impact compared to traditional short-cycle approaches. Many of his client relationships have lasted over a decade, supporting their evolution from early growth to established leaders in their sectors.

Stephane holds a Master’s degree from Ecole Centrale Paris.
