DimoMaint accelerates its development and strengthens its leadership in verticalized maintenance management software with three strategic acquisitions

DimoMaint, a European leader in Computerized Maintenance Management System (“CMMS”) solutions, today announces the simultaneous acquisitions of Qb7, AssetPlus and Cimaint, complementary players in verticalized maintenance management. The transactions are supported by Keensight Capital (“Keensight”), one of the leading private equity managers dedicated to pan-European Growth Buyout[1] investments.

DimoMaint is pursuing its consolidation strategy in the healthcare and biomedical sectors with a clear objective to offer organizations modern, cloud-native maintenance solutions adapted to the most demanding operational requirements. Qb7 and AssetPlus[2] enhance the business’s health and biomedical CMMS vertical, strengthening its positioning in France.

Qb7, a French expert in the management of the maintenance of medical equipment (including scanners, dialysis machines) in hospitals and healthcare establishments, has established itself as a key player in hospital CMMS thanks to its recognized “best-in-class” platform.

AssetPlus, GE HealthCare’s long-standing CMMS solution, has been supporting biomedical teams and healthcare institutions in France and internationally for more than twenty years. With an established customer base and recognized expertise in the hospital environment, it is a strategic asset for DimoMaint in the biomedical maintenance sector.

Starting on completion of this transaction, DimoMaint will offer AssetPlus customers a gradual transition path to Qb7 and the cloud-native DimoMaint MX platform, to ensure continuity of service while providing access to next-generation technologies.
This migration will provide access to a set of operational AI features, including diagnostic assistance and intelligent document analysis.

The acquisition of Cimaint, the legacy CMMS solution, forms part of DimoMaint’s strategy to accelerate the modernization of its installed base. Developed by Quaternaire since 1989, Cimaint has a strong foothold among its customers. As part of this transaction, DimoMaint is taking over the solution’s customer portfolio and will progressively support their migration to its cloud-native platform, DimoMaint MX. This transition will enable them to benefit from broader functional coverage, continuous innovation, and an improved user experience. Carried out in close collaboration with Quaternaire, this initiative has received the full support of all customers involved.

DimoMaint is thus strengthening its presence in the healthcare sector, where the challenges of service continuity, traceability and compliance are particularly important, while expanding its customer base.

Thomas Bourgeois, CEO of DimoMaint, says: “These three simultaneous acquisitions mark a decisive step in DimoMaint’s development. With Qb7 and AssetPlus, we are significantly strengthening our presence in the healthcare sector, where the reliability of equipment is directly linked to the quality of care. With Cimaint, we are also accelerating the market migration to more efficient and future-proof cloud-native solutions. We are delighted to welcome the teams and customers of these three companies to DimoMaint.”

Joséphine Théron, Partner at Keensight Capital, added: “These transactions demonstrate DimoMaint’s ability to lead an ambitious and targeted growth strategy. The joint acquisition of Qb7 and AssetPlus is particularly strategic: it brings together a best-in-class product and an established customer base, thus building a reference hub in biomedical CMMS. We are convinced that DimoMaint has all the assets to establish itself as the European leader in this segment.”
