Keensight Capital announces 2025 leadership promotions
Keensight Capital (“Keensight”), one of the leading private equity managers dedicated to pan-European Growth Buyout [1] investments, today announces 20 promotions. These promotions reflect Keensight’s dedication to fostering talent and rewarding excellence, underscoring the firm’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional value for its investors and portfolio companies.
Charles Bonnassieux, Jean-Christophe Cini, and David Piccoli have all been promoted to Partner while Josephine Theron and Nicolas Ulrich have been promoted to Managing Director. In their new roles, they will continue to help deliver on the firm’s growth strategy and support Keensight’s next phase of development.
In addition, Keensight promoted 15 team members, including 11 in the Investment team, three in the Platform team, and one in the Performance team.
These promotions follow strong team growth in 2024, which saw the addition of c.20 new team members. Today, Keensight operates with a robust team of over 110 professionals across its offices in Paris, London, Boston and Singapore.

Partner promotions
Jean-Christophe Cini is a Partner at Keensight. He started his career in the private equity arm of Goldman Sachs in London, primarily dealing with Technology related investments. He had previous experiences in Consulting at Arthur D. Little with a focus on Technology and Media as well as in Corporate Law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Jean-Christophe is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a CEMS degree in International Management from the London School of Economics (LSE) as well as a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Taxation from La Sorbonne.
David Piccoli is a Partner at Keensight. He started his career within the Healthcare team of the 3i group, then transitioned to ArchiMed, where he was one of the four original members. David is a graduate of ESCP Business School and has a Master’s degree in finance from London City University.
Charles Bonnassieux is a Partner at Keensight. Prior to Keensight, he spent nine years with Cathay Capital, where he was a Director. He started his career at Motion Equity Partners, a Private Equity fund. Charles holds an MBA and a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.
