Ana Alvarez Grullon, Josephine Theron, and Nicolas Ulrich have been promoted to Partner, while Jim Buysschaert, Cindy Giraud, Adrien Van Eynde, and Anne Wu have been promoted to Managing Director. In their new roles, they will continue to support Keensight’s growth strategy and contribute to the firm’s next phase of development.

In addition, Keensight has promoted 10 further professionals across the organization, including six within the Investment team, three within the Platform team, and one within the Performance team.

These promotions follow strong team growth in 2025, during which Keensight welcomed 39 new team members. Today, the firm benefits from an international and highly specialized team of more than 130 professionals across its offices in Paris, London, Boston, and Singapore.

Partner promotions

Ana Alvarez Grullón is a Partner and Head of ESG & Sustainability at Keensight, where she leads the firm’s responsible investment agenda across Keensight and the portfolio. She brings over 15 years of international experience across private equity, responsible investment, and sustainable business strategy. Prior to joining Keensight, Ana was a Senior Manager at EY, advising asset managers on ESG, climate strategy, and sustainable finance. She also held senior roles in sustainability and public affairs at Atrevia. Ana holds a Law degree from PUCMM, an MBA from EAE Business School, and a CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Josephine Theron is a Partner at Keensight. She began her career in mid-cap M&A at Rothschild & Cie before spending four years at Valtech as M&A Director and a member of the Executive Committee. She also worked at Verlinvest, focusing on technology and digital investments across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Joséphine holds a B.A. and an MSc in Finance and Strategy from Institut d’Études Politiques (Sciences Po) Paris.

Nicolas Ulrich is a Partner at Keensight Capital. He joined the firm more than a decade ago and has played a key role in building Keensight’s healthcare practice, having led and executed several investments in the sector across a range of verticals including point-of-care diagnostics, biologics manufacturing, and single-use medicine. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an M&A Analyst at Natixis Partners. Nicolas is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, McGill University, and ESCP Europe.
